Shipping and Returns

Handling

Handling times on physical orders (not bookings for classes) is a maximum of 3 business days, although all efforts will be made to ship your product in a minimum amount of time.

Shipping Times - Australia

Shipping within Australia will be via standard Australian Post unless Registered Post is specifically requested at checkout.  Australia Post advise a shipping time on standard shipping to be between 5-7 business days.  Normal postage cannot be tracked through the Australia post system.  Registered Post will be 1-3 days depending on the area that you live.  Registered Post items can be tracked. Some regional locations are outside of the guaranteed next business day network.

Shipping Times - Europe, UK, Ireland and Africa

Standard shipping to Europe, UK, Ireland and African countries will take between 10 days and 3 weeks depending on your location. Tracking your item is not available with this option.  Economy Air freight is an extra option at checkout which will enable your order to be tracked and a reduced shipping time of 6 – 10 business days.

Shipping Times – North America, Central America, Oceana, Asia and China

Standard shipping to North America, Central America, Oceana, Asia and China will take between 10 days and 3 weeks depending on your location. Tracking your item is not available with this option.  Economy Air freight is an extra option at checkout which will enable your order to be tracked and a reduced shipping time of 6 – 10 business days.

Shipping Times – Other countries not already identified

A flat rate of $20.00 will be applied to purchases requiring shipping to any other country than those identified above.

Shipping Costs

You will be advised of your shipping costs at checkout, prior to payment.  Shipping costs have been calculated based on the weight of your order, your location and your shipping option selected. 

Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee to have your purchase in the mail within our handling time.  We cannot however guarantee the efficiency and delivery from within the shipping system.  We highly recommend that if your order is for product over $50 in value, you consider the trackable postage options which will assist in recovering misplaced items in the shipping system.  We cannot refund for items not delivered as a result of misplaced shipping.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Class fees are refundable up until 24 hours prior to the class start time.  After this time, classes will become non-refundable due to the costs involved in running the class.  You should contact us as soon as possible to advise of your non-attendance.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please contact us via this website or at twobrothersaust@internode.on.net to advise of the reason you wish to return an item and to receive approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, you will be advised of the address to send your item to be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the item back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
